Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund.
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Early Check-Out
- Guests who check out before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.
Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional rates and special offers may be non-refundable. Please check the booking terms before confirming your reservation.
Modification of Bookings
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a modification fee.
- If the new booking rate is higher, guests must pay the difference.
Force Majeure
- In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Luxor Kirindi Ella reserves the right to offer alternative dates or a credit voucher instead of a refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
